We had a wonderful weekend. Our good friends Chivan and Natalie got married and it was a beautiful day.

LEMON MERINGUE CUPCAKES

All I can say is WOW! These are soooo good! Even though anything chocolaty is always first on my list these really are amazingly wonderfully yummy! I can definitely say they are the best lemon dessert that I’ve ever tasted. And I’m not alone on that judgment, Obed thinks these are the nicest treat that I’ve ever baked!!

Well in a few months time, God willing, we’ll be moving to Los Angeles, and Obed will be studying full time and we will have hardly any income other than the 20 hours Obed is allowed to work on campus!
